have got over 20 years of experience with competing professionally as a boxer being ranked number
4th in Great Britain & 15th in the
Commonwealth respectively getty images. In 2001 after retiring from competitive boxing i had gained a BSc Sports Science Degree, a qualified BOX

1. How will boxing classes improve my overall aerobic fitness?
During
the
initial
beginning
stages
of
Boxing,
the
drills
that
are
implemented
are
provided
so
that
the
body
is
working
at
various
speed
rather
than
allowing
the
body to continue performing at the same speed throughout the sessions.
2. I am 55 yrs old and suffer from high blood pressure will that stop me from taking part in a Boxercise4health programme?.
No
as
the
simple
answer
is
that,
Boxercise
is
an
excellent
form
of
exercise
that
requires
low-high
impact
activities
that
is
performed
at
your
own
pace
and
while
this only improves your overall fitness. If you are not sure that if you should take part in a particular sport or exercise then you should see your (GP).
3. Are there any age limits for participating in the Boxing class or Boxercise sessions?
Boxercise
requires
that
individuals
can
grasp
the
basic
punching
techniques
and
deliver
them
correctly
without
doing
any
harm
to
themselves
or
anybody
working
in that environment. Mentally and physically Boxercise is safe to introduce to yp (young people), from the age of 7yrs+
